With major local clients and phenomenal year over year growth, Quality Auto required a digital strategy that both supported inbound lead generation and informed of their bigger, better location. We helped the leadership develop a modern, sustainable plan that could evolve on an almost daily basis.

Objectives

• Allow for consistent updating of articles and blog content.

Phase 1

Gathering the Facts and Figures

Through client interviews and interactions, we were able to get crystal clear on the vision and direction of the website. In our research we found great statistics and facts about the automotive repair industry, competition and our Quality Auto’s target market. With this information were better able to develop a design that would increase interest and interaction.

Phase 2

Conceptual Palette

Our team jumped right in creating a vivid sitemap and palette. The design palette acted as a template for the overall look and feel of the site. Details such as photos, buttons and graphic placement are shown as they will appear online. Typography, spacing and information placement are precise.

Phase 3

Power Up

With the final go-ahead our development to went right to work building a custom layout inside the latest software platform. They were sure to add motion graphics, powerful links and easy to use buttons and contact information. Throughout the process they tested and ensured that all function worked across multiple platform.

What We Accomplished

The new website works seamlessly across all platforms - including mobile - in order to meet the needs of the site's users. We also integrated interactive ways for the client to stay engaged and interact with the site through blogs and social media.

Not-for-profit agency ACM Care (Autonomous Case Management, Inc.) began in 1999 after co-founder and Registered Nurse, Julie Hess, witnessed elderly, disabled and seriously ill patients in hospitals without the support of family. With no one to advocate for their care, they were often told by medical professionals that they had no choice but to be admitted to a nursing home. Hess knew other options existed and decided it was time to help.

ACM Care was founded on the belief that by using a team approach — experienced nurses and case managers — we could develop tailored solutions for clients. That would allow for better outcomes for clients who neither desired nor needed to move to a nursing home. ACM Care still uses that team approach today. We are a trusted partner for care solutions in St Louis, Chicago, and Peoria.

Cheryl Wasserman, M.A., L.P.C., N.C.C., owns and operates Alliance Therapy Associates. Cheryl has been in private practice for over 20 years, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. She earned Master's degrees in Counseling and Biology from Webster University and UM-St. Louis. In addition to her counseling practice, she has taught in the Psychology Dept. at St. Louis Community College at Meramec for more than 10 years.

Cheryl brings her experience and expertise to supervising and teaching other counselors and dieticians, and enjoys bringing mindfulness into corporate settings to reduce stress, improve employee relationships, and increase productivity. She presents workshops across the country on various topics including stress reduction, why people turn to food when they're not really hungry, how to live life as if you mean it, how to show up for your own life, and more. She has also written a mental health column for two St. Louis newspapers.
